with management of chronic illnesses.
Our clients have told us that it is no fun to have to spend time in the hospital with
something that could have been detected earlier and managed at home. Our nurses
are fully qualified to work with your physician to make you as comfortable as
possible in your own home, making visits either on an as-needed basis, or on a

We strongly believe that the care we provide should be reflective of the care we would want for ourselves and our loved ones.

Meet the Team
Mary Urban, BSN, RN
I began my career in nursing by caring for my grandmother full
time, for the last 4 years of her life. This experience motivated me
to continue in health care, first as a CNA, then as an LPN, and finally
as an RN. I went to nursing school at Lower Columbia Community
College and received my Bachelors in Science and Nursing from
Western Governors University.
When the door opened to become part owner of a new home
health care company, I walked through in faith. Since becoming a
nurse, I have cared for many patients in their own homes, adult
family homes, and independent communities. While working in the
home health setting, I realized that using my nursing expertise
contributed to the health and safety of my patients in a very
positive manner. I enjoy helping seniors stay as healthy and happy
I know without a doubt, I am right where I am supposed to be and
look forward to caring for your loved one when the time comes and
help is needed.
